Walmart accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below):
* Manufacturer coupons (Cents Off)
* Free merchandise (or manufacturer's Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons
* Store coupons
* Pharmacy (Advertising and Promotional) coupons
* Internet coupons
* Soft drink container caps
The following are guidelines and limits:
* Walmart only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase.
* Coupons should have an expiration date and be presented within the valid dates. Walmart will not accept expired coupons.
* Internet coupons should be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon." There should be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.
* Only one coupon per item is permitted.
* Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by Customer Service Manager.
WalMart sometimes gives shoppers a headache with coupons that start with a 9. A 9 usually denotes that a coupon is not to be doubled, but the registers at WalMart will beep for these, and the cashiers sometimes give a problem to the shopper about accepting them.
Note:
WalMart has an Immediate Response Team. They are available from 8am - 5pm Central Time (normal business hours). Their phone number is 479-273-4000. Put this number into your cellphone. If you have a problem with the store, call them right there and then. Usually just mentioning this will get you a positive outcome. If not, call. Some stores don't understand the policy correctly and this will help them in the future too.
Return Policy
Everything in the store can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase... with the exception of a few electronic items and regulated items.
After 90 days with receipt:
If available, we offer repair service through the manufacturer.
Exceptions to 90 Day Return Policy:
* 45 days with receipt: Computer components and computer accessories.
* 30 days with receipt: Camcorders and digital cameras.
* 15 days with receipt: Computers and postpaid cell phones.
* These items must be unopened: Prerecorded music, movies, and software products.
* Guns & Ammunition: Sales are final.
* Tobacco & Alcohol: May only be returned to the store of purchase with original receipt (except where prohibited by law).
* WIC Purchases: No refund for WIC-acquired items. WIC-acquired items that are defective or out-of-date may only be exchanged for identical product. WIC-qualified items must be returned with the original receipt.

"We intend to have every advertised item in stock. However, we may not offer some items in all locations, and quantity or availability may vary due to unexpected demand or other circumstances beyond our control. If an advertised item is out-of-stock at your Walmart, upon your request, we will issue you a Rain Check so that you can purchase the item at the advertised price when it becomes available.
In addition, we may offer to sell you a similar item at the advertised price or a comparable price reduction. "While Supplies Last" items, "Bonus" items, items identified as being available in limited quantities, and items that are not carried at your Walmart do not qualify for Rain Checks or offers of substitute items. "WHILE SUPPLIES LAST" items are items that we carry at a special price for a limited time or that we do not intend to continue to carry on a regular basis. "BONUS" items are items that include a bonus amount of the same item or an additional bonus item at no extra cost. "ROLLBACK" means that the advertised price is even lower than the previously offered Every Day Low Price.
In all cases, we reserve the right to limit quantities to normal retail purchases or one-per-customer or household, and to exclude dealers. Our advertising circular may vary by geographic region, and any particular regional circular will apply only to stores in that region. Offers and limitations void where prohibited by law. We apologize for, but will not be bound by, any errors in our advertisements."
