Exercising
Psychiatrist Norman E. Rosenthat, M.D., says that regularly walking for 20-30 minutes can get rid of sadness as effectively as the antidepressant Zoloft in as little as a week.

People who took 4 brisk 10-minute walks daily, in a recent study, had better blood pressure control than people who spent 40 minutes at the gym.

If you have been going at a nice steady pace in your weight loss goals, and have hit "the wall", it means you've hit a plateau where you are taking in the same amount of calories as you are burning.
To start losing again, try the FITT principle.  FITT stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type.  You need to change at least one of these.
Try walking an extra day, using a new strength training exercise at the gym or just adding 2 more 10 minute bursts of exercising a day.  You should soon be right back on track.
