3 1/2 to 4 pounds Rump Roast
1 bag of baby carrots
3 - 4 large onions, cut into quarters
5 potatoes, chunked - red ones work best
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package french onion soup mix
1/4 cup water

Crockpot on low setting
1.  Place the rump roast into the crockpot.
2.  Place the baby carrots, potato chunks and quartered onions around the roast.
3.  In a small bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, onion mix and water.  Pour over the roast and veggies.
4.  If you like a looser gravy, you can add more water.
5.  Cook on low for approximately 8 hours, stirring every once in awhile. 

Meat will just fall apart.
