Cooking every night is one of the most complained about activities from women I talk to.  I hear all the time "I just don't have the time", but I think it is more about the headache of figuring out every day what to make.  Try sitting down and making a list of the meals you normally cook for your family.  Afterwards, pick 7.  Choose a meal each person in your family likes and give them one night of the week, or look through the mail flyers and see what is on sale that week, or what you already have in your frig./pantry.

After you have your meal list for the week, take another 15 - 30 minutes to pre-prepare some of the ingredients.  You can prechop up some veggies and put in storage containers for later in the week, brown all of the ground beef in one pan that you need for that week, that just divide it up on the night in question.  An example for this would be to have a container of precooked brown beef in a container in the frig and on Monday, scoop out enough for spaghetti, on Wednesday, pull out more for tacos and burritoes and on Saturday, dump the rest into a crockpot for Chili.  Season each individual meal when you cook it that night.

Knowing in advance what you are going to make for that night, and having some of it already prepared, takes the stress and headache out of the preparation for that evening.  Saves time, money and your sanity.

You will find different ideas, recipes, tips and tricks to help you along.
